For every site you see what has been spent against the budget, what you owe workers and suppliers, and what is left to collect from the client. Colours show which site is within budget, which is close to the limit and which has gone over.
Work-day log
You record which worker was on site, for a full or half day, and at what daily rate. The amount payable is calculated automatically.
Materials and payments
You note what was bought and from whom, what was paid to workers and what you received from the client. Balances are calculated automatically.
Roles: owner and foreman
The foreman enters the data, and only the owner sees the money. Not everyone on site needs to know the company's accounts.
Works from your phone
It installs on your phone like an app, without an app store, and sends notifications. Work days and purchases are recorded on site, not in the evening at home.
Bring your data with you
Already keeping accounts in Excel? You can import your data from Excel or CSV and, when you need reports, export them to CSV.
