Individuals and companies with their sites. Enquiries sent by clients are collected in one place and turned into clients.
Service catalogue
Categories and services with a unit of measure and a price in euros, managed from the admin panel.
Interactive quote
You pick a category, then a service, the price fills in by itself, you see the subtotal and total, and the quote is exported to PDF.
Projects and tasks
An accepted quote becomes a project with tasks by assignee, deadlines and progress. Foremen see their own tasks, and the calendar shows what is planned.
Invoices that meet Bulgarian NAP requirements
Sequential numbering without gaps, an issued invoice cannot be changed, and corrections are made with credit and debit notes. NAP is the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency.

Sales journal, turnover and receivables: what the accountant and the owner ask for most often.

BuilderHub2 was built from scratch for a construction and renovation firm in Bulgaria. That is why the interface is in Bulgarian, and quotes and invoices follow Bulgarian practice and the requirements of the National Revenue Agency (NAP).
