Shared team calendar
Tasks are laid out by date in a monthly calendar. Colours show the status: not reviewed, in progress, completed, as well as which tasks are the manager's own and which are time off. The legend is below the calendar.
Overdue tasks on top
Above the calendar you see how many tasks are overdue, how many are due today and how many this week. The side panel lists unfinished tasks for a chosen period and assignee.
Everyone closes their own
Employees see their tasks and close them with a written reason. An administrator or manager can also close tasks assigned to others.
Recurring inspections in one click
You duplicate an existing task for the next monthly cycle instead of entering it from scratch.
Print and CSV export
Tasks are printed with the date the report was generated, and the list can be exported to CSV, including Cyrillic text.
Configurable roles and permissions
What each person can see and do is set by an administrator at any time, without changing code. A forgotten password is recovered with a one-time temporary password.
Works from your phone
On a phone the calendar turns into a weekly task list with a button for a new task, and the app installs on the phone straight from the browser.
Search, sort and filters
You search by description, sort by column, and the filters you chose last are remembered between visits.

Built for a real team.
Tasks was created for a metrology and technical monitoring team that needed to replace a ten-year-old in-house system. Ten years of historical data were migrated, and the interface was reworked so that it also works comfortably on a phone.
